What we store:
We store the database credentials of the given database per project. This is necessary for the operation of Spinub. The database credentials needed are: username, password, hostname and database name.
We store the database structure as soon a project is created. We use this structure to map configuration that is needed for the operation of Spinub. The database structure needed are: database name, tables and fields. We also save database relations between the database tables as soon they are provided in Spinub.
Personal account data
We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.
We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address.
User account data
Spinub saves account information what only be used to login authorized users or clients.

What your team and your clients see:
Team members you add to your team can access all the projects in your team. This means they can access all the data on the server you provided to Spinub.
For clients you can choose tables and fields they can see. It is inpossible for your clients to see other tables, fields or data that is not configured for this client.
It is possible to add users in specific groups. With this groups you can configure what tables or fields they can see or edit.
What we use:
Employees cannot see your database credentials and they are not able to connect to your database without you giving permission for it. This restriction is applied in the used software.

What are your rights:
You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.
Your continued use of our website will be regarded as acceptance of our practices around privacy and personal information. If you have any questions about how we handle user data and personal information, feel free to contact us.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Spinub doesn't use or sell your personal information. It will only be used to login authorized` users or clients.
